Megan Smith Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Megan Smith, of Frederick, Md., received the Dr. Nelson P. Guild and Maggie G. Guild Senior Honors Scholarship Award for study at Frostburg State University. Smith is the daughter of Delinda Campbell and attended Tuscarora High School.
