Members of Frostburg State University's 2016-2017 President's Leadership Circle Announced

Twelve Frostburg State University rising seniors have been selected to participate in the 2016-2017 President's Leadership Circle. The group was announced at the 2015-2016 FSU Leadership Awards Reception.

The President's Leadership Circle is designed to recognize the top senior leaders at FSU while also providing them personal and professional development opportunities to help further their reach across the campus and world. FSU students approaching their senior year apply to be part of the program each year. Students must have an overall grade point average of 3.0 or above, intend to remain enrolled at FSU for the full academic year and have a faculty member or staff professional willing to endorse the nomination.

Students will gain invaluable experience in international trips, service to the community and working alongside President Ronald Nowaczyk.

The PLC members are Michael Bartholomew of Cumberland, Alexa Bashaw of Burke, Va., Nicholas DeMichele of Westernport, Valerie Ehimhen of Riverdale, Malik Harris of Waldorf, Corey Knipple of Cumberland, Amare Langford-Armstrong of Clinton, Kayla Porter of Grantsville, Menu'Ette Silver of Baltimore, Shawn Stabile of Reisterstown, Christina Ternent of Lonaconing and Milan Wolfe of Bowie.
