Michael Diehl Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Michael Diehl, of LaVale, Md., received the Walter and Annette Brock Environmental Studies Scholarship and Compass Scholarship for study at Frostburg State University. Diehlis the son of Michael and Carla Diehl and attended Allegany High School.
