Michala Garrison Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Michala Garrison, of Cumberland, Md., received the Anton Zahn Presidential Merit Scholarship, Allegany County Opportunity Scholarship and Compass Scholarship for study at Frostburg State University. Garrison is the daughter of Michael and Jennifer Garrison and attended Fort Hill High School.
