Michala Garrison Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Michala Garrison, of Cumberland, Md., received the Allegany County Opportunity Scholarship, Compass Scholarship and Forever Frostburg Scholarship for study at Frostburg State University. Garrison is the daughter of Jennifer and Michael Garrison and attended Fort Hill High School.
