Michelle Welch, of Oakland, Md., received the Dr. and Mrs. Somashekhar V. Bellary Scholarship, Marlene Weimer Memorial Scholarship, Excellence in Mathematics Scholarship and Founders Scholarship for study at Frostburg State University.
