Nicole Carrington Receives Bachelor's Degree From Frostburg State University

Nicole Carrington, of Braddock Height, Md., recently received a Bachelor of Science degree in English from Frostburg State University, Frostburg, Md., during its 148th commencement ceremonies. FSU President Dr. Ronald Nowaczyk conferred more than 700 undergraduate and graduate degrees at this May commencement.
