Nicole Leighty of Bel Air Presented Work at the 2016 Frostburg State Undergraduate Research Symposium

In May 2016, Frostburg State University student, Nicole Leighty of Bel Air presented research at the annual College of Liberal Arts and Sciences Undergraduate Research Symposium. Leighty's project, "Have No Fear, Printable Organs are Here: A Look at the New Technology of 3-D Printing a Functional Human Organ," was presented along with Jacob Turskey, and performed under the tutelage of Dr. Elesha Ruminski and Dr. William Seddon.

The fifth Undergraduate Research Symposium showcased outstanding student research and artistry from 16 academic departments for Frostburg faculty, staff and alumni.
