Nicole Lloyd Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Nicole Lloyd, of Frostburg, Md., received the Thelma B. Hadley Memorial and Bernetta M. Smouse Scholarship and University Scholarship from Frostburg State University. Lloyd is the daughter of Don and JoAnn Lloyd and attended Mountain Ridge High School.

Situated in the mountains of Allegany County, Frostburg State University is one of the 12 institutions of the University System of Maryland. FSU is a comprehensive, residential regional university and serves as an educational and cultural center for Western Maryland.
