Nicole Lloyd Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Nicole Lloyd, of Frostburg, Md., received the Dr. Wally S. Hijab Memorial Scholarship, Allegany County Opportunity Scholarship and Frostburg Scholarship for study at Frostburg State University. Lloydis the daughter of JoAnn and Don Lloyd and attended Mountain Ridge High School.
