Nicole Welsch Receives Bachelor's Degree From Frostburg State University

Nicole Welsch, of Bel Air, Md., recently received a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Physical Education from Frostburg State University, Frostburg, Md., during its 148th commencement ceremonies. FSU President Dr. Ronald Nowaczyk conferred more than 700 undergraduate and graduate degrees at this May commencement.
