Parris Ashley Receives Bachelor's Degree from Frostburg State University

Parris Ashley, of Frostburg, Md., recently received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Art and Design from Frostburg State University, Frostburg, Md., during its 147th commencement ceremonies. FSU Interim President Dr. Thomas Bowling conferred nearly 500 undergraduate and graduate degrees at this December commencement.
