Quincy Hegeman Receives Bachelor's Degree from Frostburg State University

Quincy Hegeman, of Frostburg, Md., recently received a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation and Parks Management from Frostburg State University, Frostburg, Md., during its 146th commencement ceremonies. FSU President Jonathan C. Gibralter conferred nearly 700 undergraduate and graduate degrees at this May commencement.
