Rachel Loudin Receives Bachelor's Degree From Frostburg State University

Rachel Loudin, of Maugansville, Md., recently received a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood/Elementary Education from Frostburg State University, Frostburg, Md., during its 148th commencement ceremonies. FSU President Dr. Ronald Nowaczyk conferred more than 700 undergraduate and graduate degrees at this May commencement.
