Rebecca Price Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Rebecca Price, of Cumberland, Md., received the Kathleen Dailey Hill Scholarship – Junior, Allegany County Association for Family and Community Education Scholarship and Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter No. 172 Scholarship from Frostburg State University. Price is the daughter of Joanne Price and attended Fort Hill High School.

Situated in the mountains of Allegany County, Frostburg State University is one of the 12 institutions of the University System of Maryland. FSU is a comprehensive, residential regional university and serves as an educational and cultural center for Western Maryland.
