Richard Tasker Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Richard Tasker, of Swanton, Md., received the Esther Doerr Scholarship, Martha T. and Ralph M. Race Western History Scholarship, Dr. J. Hopwood and Karen Wooddell Scholarship and Verso Employee Upperclassman Scholarship for study at Frostburg State University. Tasker is the son of Richard and Rhonda Tasker and attended Southern Garrett High School.
