Rita Thomas Earns Doctorate From Frostburg State University

Rita Thomas, of Meyersdale, Pa., recently received a Doctor of Education degree in Educational Leadership from Frostburg State University, Frostburg, Md., during its 150th commencement ceremonies. FSU President Dr. Ronald Nowaczyk conferred nearly 750 undergraduate and graduate degrees at this May commencement.

Thomas's dissertation was titled "Student Perceptions of Quality in Fully Online Courses."
