Ryan Keifer Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Ryan Keifer, of LaVale, Md., received the Turnbull, Hoover & Kahl Scholarship and Founders Scholarship for study at Frostburg State University. Keiferis the son of Dave and Becky Keifer and attended Allegany High School.
