Sakinah Stewart Receives Bachelor's Degree from Frostburg State University

Sakinah Stewart, of District Heights, Md., recently received a Bachelor of Science degree in Law and Society and Philosophy from Frostburg State University, Frostburg, Md., during its 144th commencement ceremonies. FSU President Jonathan C. Gibralter conferred nearly 750 undergraduate and graduate degrees at this May commencement.
