Sakkara Turner Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Sakkara Turner, of Fort Washington, Md., received the Nadeane A. Gordon Presidential Merit Scholarship for Vocal Music: In Honor of Bonnie Gurley Kunkel and Barry Lyndon Gurley and Marguerite Witwer Richards Scholarship for study at Frostburg State University. Turneris the daughter of JoAnn and William Turner and attended Bishop McNamara High School.
