Samantha Metz Receives Master's Degree from Frostburg State University

Samantha Metz, of Hagerstown, Md., recently received a Master of Arts degree in Teaching, Secondary from Frostburg State University in Frostburg, Md., during its 150th commencement ceremonies. FSU President Dr. Ronald Nowaczyk conferred nearly 750 undergraduate and graduate degrees at this May commencement.
