Sarah Deprey-Severance Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Sarah Deprey-Severance, of Frostburg, Md., received the Psychology Scholarship: Allegany County Association for Mental Health Award and Frostburg Scholarship for study at Frostburg State University. Deprey-Severance attended Mountain Ridge High School.
