Sarah Deprey-Severance Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Sarah Deprey-Severance, of Frostburg, Md., received the Allegany County Opportunity Scholarship and Frostburg Scholarship for study at Frostburg State University. Deprey-Severance is the daughter attended Mountain Ridge High School.
