Sarah Pesi Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Sarah Pesi, of Arnold, Md., received the Mid-Atlantic Council of Trout Unlimited Scholarship and Frostburg Scholarship for study at Frostburg State University. Pesiis the daughter of Mark and JoAnn Pesi and attended Broadneck High School.
