Sarah Reed Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Sarah Reed, of Cumberland, Md., received the Reverend George M. and Mrs. Phyllis C. Harpold Presidential Merit Scholarship in Biology, Kathleen Daily Hill Scholarship, Allegany County Opportunity Scholarship, Garden Club of Cumberland Scholarship and Founders Scholarship for study at Frostburg State University. Reedis the daughter of Ron and Joni Reed and attended Fort Hill High School.
