Sharron Duncan Receives Bachelor's Degree from Frostburg State University

Sharron Duncan, of Upper Marlboro, Md., recently received a Bachelor of Science degree in English from Frostburg State University, Frostburg, Md., during its 145th commencement ceremonies. FSU President Jonathan C. Gibralter conferred nearly 600 undergraduate and graduate degrees at this December commencement.
