Shayla Emerick Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Shayla Emerick, of Frostburg, Md., received the PNC College of Business Presidential Merit Scholar Award for study at Frostburg State University. Emerick is the daughter of Cherie Lehman and Eric Emerick and attended Mountain Ridge High School.
