Sierra Green Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Sierra Green, of Cumberland, Md., received the Lawrence McDonald Scholarship for Clarinet Studies, Marguerite Witwer Richards Scholarship and University Scholarship for study at Frostburg State University. Green is the daughter of Gary Green and Jody Parrish and attended Fort Hill High School.

Situated in the mountains of Allegany County, Frostburg State University is one of the 12 institutions of the University System of Maryland. FSU is a comprehensive, residential regional university and serves as an educational and cultural center for Western Maryland.
