Siqiong Hong Receives Master's Degree from Frostburg State University

Siqiong Hong, of Hangzhou, China, recently received a Master of Education degree in Education, General from Frostburg State University in Frostburg, Md., during its 146th commencement ceremonies. FSU President Jonathan C. Gibralter conferred nearly 700 undergraduate and graduate degrees at this May commencement.
