Stephanie Claar Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Stephanie Claar, of Severna Park, Md., received the John and Iva Kneisly Memorial Scholarship and Founders Scholarship for study at Frostburg State University. Claar is the daughter of Melisa and Daniel Claar and attended Severna Park High School.
