Steven Moon Recognized With Frostburg State University Honors

Steven Moon of Frostburg received graduate program honors in applied computer science; he was the lead web developer for the Berkeley Springs Instruments grant at FSU and was awarded the University Scholarship, the Moran Scholarship, and the Emma and Paul Daley scholarship. He was a member of the Upsilon Pi Epsilon honor society. His thesis concerned the online multiplayer Spoons card game. A graduate of Mountain Ridge High School in Frostburg, he is the son of Jay and Charlene Moon of Frostburg.
