Sydney Holtschneider Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Sydney Holtschneider, of McHenry, Md., received the Dr. J. Hopwood and Karen Wooddell Scholarship for study at Frostburg State University. Holtschneider is the daughter of Mark Holtschneider and Chloie Archer and attended Northern Garrett High School.
