Sydney Holtschneider Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Sydney Holtschneider, of McHenry, Md., received the Dr. J. Hopwood and Karen Wooddell Scholarship, Music Achievement Award and Old Main Scholarship for study at Frostburg State University. Holtschneider is the daughter of Mark and Chloie Holtschneider and attended Northern Garrett High School.
