Tanner Faith Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Tanner Faith, of Hancock, Md., received the Esther May Carter Education Scholarship, Dr. John "Jack" and Ruby Riley Elementary Education Scholarship and Old Main Scholarship for study at Frostburg State University. Faith is the son of Lorie and David Faith and attended Hancock Middle-Senior High School.
