Tanner Faith Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Tanner Faith, of Hancock, Md., received the Nancy Gibney Binkley Scholarship and Jimmy Hollis Education Scholarship for study at Frostburg State University. Faith is the son of Lorie and David Faith and attended Hancock High School.
