Teagan Powers Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Teagan Powers, of Cumberland, Md., received the Dr. Norman W. Nightingale Education Scholarship, Delta Chi Disability Support Services Endowed Scholarship, Allegany County Education Association Scholarship and Allegany County Opportunity Scholarship for study at Frostburg State University. Powers is the daughter of Kraig and Sarecia Powers and attended Fort Hill High School.
