Tobias Jenifer Receives Bachelor's Degree from Frostburg State University

Tobias Jenifer, of Huntingtown, Md., recently received a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Physical Education from Frostburg State University, Frostburg, Md., during its 145th commencement ceremonies. FSU President Jonathan C. Gibralter conferred nearly 600 undergraduate and graduate degrees at this December commencement.
