Tsion Tesfaye Receives Bachelor's Degree From Frostburg State University

Tsion Tesfaye, of Silver Spring, Md., recently received a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work from Frostburg State University, Frostburg, Md., during its 148th commencement ceremonies. FSU President Dr. Ronald Nowaczyk conferred more than 700 undergraduate and graduate degrees at this May commencement.
