Tyler Sweitzer Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Tyler Sweitzer, of McHenry, Md., received the Esther Doerr Scholarship, Elisabeth Hitchins Memorial Scholarship and Associate Degree Scholars Award for study at Frostburg State University. Sweitzer is the son of Jeniffer Geer and Vaughn Sweitzer and attended Northern High School.
