Tyler Sweitzer Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Tyler Sweitzer, of McHenry, Md., received the Edward S. and Sarah J. Moran Presidential Merit Scholarship for study at Frostburg State University. Sweitzer is the son of Jennifer Geer and Vaughn Sweitzer and attended Northern Garrett High School.
