Victoria Glass Honored With Class of 1959 Award at Frostburg State University

Frostburg State University junior Victoria Glass of New Market was honored with the Class of 1959 Scholarship Award at the 2014-2015 FSU Leadership Awards Reception.

The Class of 1959 Scholarship Award recognizes a rising junior or senior with proven service to the University as a contributing organizer of a major campus project event or program.

Throughout her FSU career, Glass has been an active member in numerous aspects of FSU life. From Beautify the Burg, Relay for Life, Read to Succeed, Storybook Holiday and Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service to reading projects, Glass is always looking for ways to get involved on campus to help others.

She is a member of Delta Zeta National Sorority as well as the national service fraternity Alpha Phi Omega, and she was a part of the FSU-sponsored AmeriCorps program, ECHOSTARS.
