Victoria Glass Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Victoria Glass, of New Market, Md., received the Bill Miller Equipment Sales, Inc., Scholarship, Loats Foundation Scholarship and Academic Honor Scholarship for study at Frostburg State University. Glass is the daughter of Lisa and Mark Clark and attended Linganore High School.

Situated in the mountains of Allegany County, Frostburg State University is one of the 12 institutions of the University System of Maryland. FSU is a comprehensive, residential regional university and serves as an educational and cultural center for Western Maryland.
