Victoria Glass Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Victoria Glass, of New Market, Md., received the Walter and Elmira Hahn Memorial Scholarship - Frederick County Award, John and Iva Kneisly Memorial Scholarship, Alma Logsdon Scholarship, Loats Foundation Scholarship, Class of 1959 Scholarship and Compass Scholarship for study at Frostburg State University. Glass is the daughter of Lisa and Mark Clark and attended Linganore High School.
