Victoria Hume Receives Bachelor's Degree from Frostburg State University

Victoria Hume, of Funkstown, Md., recently received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Frostburg State University, Frostburg, Md., during its 139th commencement ceremonies. FSU President Jonathan C. Gibralter conferred nearly 430 undergraduate and graduate degrees at this December commencement.

Situated in the mountains of Allegany County, FSU is one of 12 institutions and two regional centers in the University System of Maryland. FSU is a comprehensive, residential regional university and serves as an educational and cultural center for Western Maryland.
