Frostburg State University Students Develop Environmental Leadership Skills
Several Frostburg State University students participated in the Sierra Student Coalition's intensive one-week Summer Grassroots Training Program, more commonly known as "Sprog." At Sprog, they learned to organize and lead concerned citizens and effectively communicate messages through traditional and social media outlets.
